MPA Planning Meeting

We hope that all of you, your family, and friends are staying healthy during this COVID-19 pandemic.  Barring that the restrictions are lifted, we are still planning on holding the MPA Planning Meeting June 15-17 at Bucks T4 Lodge in Big Sky. The  MPA Planning Meeting Registration for the meeting is for you to mark your calendar.  In these uncertain times, we will keep you updated as to whether we are able to hold the meeting or not, but please mark your calendars.

Below is the schedule to accommodate those that need to be in Billings on Wednesday morning for the Treasure State Resources Association Annual Meeting.

• Monday, June 15 – Recreation of your choice.  I have arranged for tee time of 1:00pm at the golf course.  Please let us know if you are interested in golfing so I can let them know how many foursomes to be expecting.  Golf fees are payable at the pro shop.  Monday evening there is a group dinner at Bucks T4 Lodge.  This is a no-host dinner, and will be invoiced after the Planning Meeting.
• Tuesday, June 16 – The meeting begins at 8:00am, and there will be a working lunch.  The meeting should wrap up around 3:30 – 4:00pm.  If you are interested in a group dinner at a local restaurant on Tuesday evening after hors d’oeuvres in the hospitality suite, please check the box on the registration form, so we can get an idea on how many to make the reservation for.  The dinner will be the same no-host, invoice later program we do on Monday evening.  This helps the local providers plan a ahead to accommodate our larger group.  If you have a preference of venue for the group dinner on Tuesday evening, please send it to me.
• Wednesday, June 17 – We will resume the meeting at 8:00am, and wrap up any unfinished business.  Should be adjourned by 9:00am.

As usual there will be meeting details and agendas out before the meetings.
