If you have experience in farming, ranching, construction, mechanics, welding, heavy equipment operation, or another hands-on trade, we’d especially like to hear from you. Many of the skills learned in these industries translate exceptionally well to oil field work.

No oil field experience? That’s okay. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. We can teach the rest.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the daily operation and maintenance of oil wells and production equipment
• Inspect wells and equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs
• Operate hand and power tools
• Keep well sites clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety and environmental procedures
• Work outdoors in all types of Montana weather

Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who is:

• Honest, dependable, and self-motivated
• Mechanically inclined or eager to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and performing manual labor
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round
• In possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• CDL not required
